and yet, this form of archiving has always been on the periphery of library and archives work. This workshop will demonstrate the importance of engaging with web archiving work; and cover the long-term management of a web archiving program to give others the
tools to make this work sustainable in their academic and professional environments. The workshop will cover collection development, seed selection, scoping, ethics, quality assurance, accessioning, arrangement and description, and preservation. We will also
discuss different tools used for web archiving including: the Internet Archive, Archive-It, and WebRecorder; and how these tools can work in conjunction with each other. The workshop will provide ideas and resources for users to implement and sustain a web

<p class="m-7158429473957555433mcepastedcontent" style="margin:0in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Nicole Greenhouse is an archivist who has been involved with web archiving research and initiatives since 2011 as an undergraduate.
She graduated with her Masters in Archives and Public History from New York University in 2014. She is currently the Web Archivist at New York University Libraries and manages the web archives for the NYU Special Collections–the Fales Library, University Archives,
and the Tamiment Library and Robert F. Wagner Labor Archives. She also taught a web archiving course in the Department of Library and Information Science at IU Indianapolis. She has also been involved in the Society of American Archivists Web Archiving Section
and presented at SAA, Archive-It partner meetings, and other conferences in the Northeast.
