<span style="color: black;">Just a reminder that our Appraisal workshop will be next Friday, January 31<sup>st</sup> at 1 PM. As part of the workshop, we will be breaking out into smaller groups to do appraisal reviews/breakouts for collections. </span></p>

10 individuals with a couple of collection appraisal scenarios and questions.</span></p>

are interested and available in volunteering for helping with the breakout groups. We will provide more information about the breakout groups by early next week.</span></p>
