Dear New Directors' Institute Mentors:

You'll see that I just posted a message to the New Directors' email list. We've created this email list just for the mentors. It's private and confidential. In the future, we can post resources we use to an NDI mentor website (not yet created) or ask for each other's advice about helping mentees.

The email message to NDI attendees reminded them about their charge to review their action plan with you. We can be in touch via this email list to see how that pans out.
