[IHLSDeliveryContacts] Phone call from SCC

Hello this is Tim from CARLI,

I received a phone call from Cecilia Knight at Shawnee Community College about outgoing ILDS shipments on May 11th and 12th.  None the items they sent out through ILDS on those days seemed to make it to their destination.  If you have any information about what happened to these items please let me know.
