[Leganto-IG] Named User: leganto_guest

Hello, I-Share Leganto Libraries,

Ex Libris has stated that the Alma user leganto_guest is required for Leganto software functionality and cannot be deleted. Please do not edit, deactivate, purge, or edit this user. It does not count toward the total number of Named Users in Alma<https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/i-share/user-management/nameduserFAQ>, and I-Share libraries should not report it to CARLI in the lowest total count of Named Users for your library.
