While similar to accessibility in libraries, this topic is different in terms of types and quantity of material, discovery tools, and resource description. Archives have also historically focused on increasing discoverability and maybe accessibility while neglecting the emotional experience-what is it like to find yourself described in outdated and offensive language and work with this material for a long period of time?
