[AdvocacyTF] Video follow-up

My point in sharing is to give a sense how storytelling through professionally produced videos could be a component of an overall advocacy strategy for CARLI and academic libraries in Illinois.  Yes, this would need a funding source but I think our Board would be open to considering this as part of our "spend down" of reserves.
