[ArchivesCommittee] Archives Committee chairs for FY27

Hi everyone,
I hope you are all having a good summer! There was no additional interest expressed in co-chairing the Archives Committee for the coming year, so we will not need to hold an election.

Meghan Ryan and I will be the co-chairs for FY27. Martin and Elizabeth will be sending out a poll to gauge availability for the first meeting, so be on the lookout for that email. I look forward to seeing everyone later this summer!
