[ArchivesTF] Archives Task Force and CARLI Governance Board Meeting

Good afternoon Archives Task Force members!

We are thrilled to share that the CARLI Governance Board approved the proposal to form an Archives Committee.

The Board is the body that approves committee charges, and it has directed the task force to modify the proposed Archives Committee charge to include born digital materials.

We'd like to thank Elaine as she presented the proposal on behalf of the task force and did a wonderful job!
