[CARLIOpenAccessReview] Doodle Poll to meet and plan our Open Access subcommittee work

Thank you for volunteering to be involved in vetting the Open Access e-collections!

Thanks for your patience while I organized a Doodle Poll (and myself) to try and get a meeting set up to discuss our plans for how we'll approach vetting the collections.
