[CARLIOpenAccessReview] Alma Network Zone and Open Access/Free e-collections - list for your consideration

Hello CARLI Open Access Review group,

We have a new round of Open Access/Free E-collections for your review. In creating this roster, I drew recommendations from I-Share libraries, as well as Alma Content release notes and roadmap.
The criteria in the spreadsheet mirror the criteria at https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/collections-management/OA_eBooks

We decided each time there are titles shared there would be a two-week review period.  Please comment and place your initials in the column L (or not) by January 19, 2024.
