Dear Colleagues,

I am very pleased to invite you to the first formal event in the new ISU digital scholarship programming! We will have a meet and greet and walk through various labs in the morning and then we are very excited to have our distinguished keynote speaker, David De Roure, Academic Director of Digital Scholarship and Professor of e-Research, Oxford, to launch our Digital Scholarship Speaker Series with a talk defining the topic—what is digital scholarship, after all?

You are welcome for all or any of the events, but I especially recommend our keynote speaker!

Please share this with any interested colleagues, and if anyone would like to come from outside of Bloomington-Normal and needs advice, directions, accessibility accommodations, or other support, please email me directly. I hope that we will see some of you there!


(Floor 1 Stairwell just means that we don’t have a formal name for the lobby space where the event is held. You will see it from the stairs.)
