[Discovery_PVE_Comm] Mixpanel not available in Primo VE outside early adopter phase

FYI, for the record, Ex Libris staff issued a correction on the early adopter Basecamp.

EXL said on 9/19: “I double checked, and I must apologize, my understanding was in fact incorrect: after the Early Adoption phase, Mixpanel will only become available as part of the NDE, where it will have extended capacity.”

To follow up on the question at the meeting, here’s the response I got from Ex Libris:


Yes, all customers with Primo VE will get Mixpanel. General adoption installs will start at the beginning of 2025.

So it sounds like we should still be investing time in learning it for Primo VE.
