[Discovery_PVE_Comm] Updates to Primo Research Assistant in November 2024 Release

Hello, all!   *   Retain Research History between Sessions - Primo Research Assistant now saves research topics between sessions and categorizes by time.
  *   Set Order of Primo Research Assistant Link in Main Menu - Previously, the Primo Research Assistant Link in the Main Menu could not be ordered and defaulted to the first position. With this enhancement, it will continue to default to the first position, but you can now change its order in the Main Menu.
  *   Additional Improvements to Primo Research Assistant:
     *   Improved Display Labels – Updated the display text for the labels in the Research Assistant Search Screen Labels code table (Configuration > Discovery > Display Configuration > Labels)
     *   Switch to GPT-4o mini – We upgraded to the new version of GPT.
     *   New prompt for Negative Rejection and Noise Robustness – Primo Research Assistant better handles information that is not relevant to user questions and will support specific scenarios.
     *   Query Classification – Phase I – Primo Research Assistant Indicates when it cannot answer a user's question and identifies Advanced Searches that includes time and format conditions. Note that this is just the initial phase, so it’s quite limited for now.
  *   Analytics data for the Primo Research Assistant was not visible to all customers. This has been fixed.
  *   The Research Assistant Feedback icon is covering part of the RA Submit button. This has been fixed.
