[Discovery_PVE_Comm] Moving our Committee documents from Google Drive to Box.com

Hi, everyone!
Since this committee began as a task force in 2021, we have used a Google Drive space to share our files. This is a different scenario from most other CARLI Committees, which use a shared CARLI Box.com Folder rather than a Google Drive. I’d like to switch our Committee over to using the CARLI Box Folder space for consistency and security. All of our existing materials will be copied from Google Drive to Box, so we won’t lose anything.
This will require that every committee member be given access with their own Box account and password to log in. I plan to send the invitations to the same institutional email address that you are subscribed to this Committee email list with (see below) unless you tell me to use another email address. Also, I wanted to ask if anyone has any known issues with using or accessing Box.com or if your institution blocks access to it? If you have any concerns or questions, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably before March 14, 2025.
