Hi, Robin.

We have had a similar experience at NEIU. When we first moved to the new
interface, the logo and change was working fine. It seems now that we have
the Illinois State Library databases added to our access, their settings
may be overriding ours. Just a guess.

I believe they're relying on geolocation so everyone in Illinois has access
to the new materials. I hope the ISL gets their notification out soon so we
can all know more.
