[ERMCommittee] Follow up to March 13 meeting

Hello,
Can a few of you please assist me with a proposal for I-Share Network Zone (NZ) display logic rules? My colleagues would like your input.

First, what are principles we all agree on for such rules?

  1.  Reduce cluttered, repetitive displays in Primo VE.
  2.  Prioritize publisher or aggregator links over large general open access e-collections.
  3.  Other?

I will attach a list of the NZ e-collections including a list of all the open access/free e-collections, a list of the commercial fully subsidized e-collections and some proposed display logic rules (DLRs).
