Hi Diane,
There appears to be some confusion about the EIU stop delivery procedures. The drivers should ring the bell at the receiving room door and a staff member will open the door for them. Only on the rare occasion when a staff member is not available do they have to call ahead for someone to open the door. On these occasions a sign will be placed in the door. Normally all the drivers need to do is ring the bell.
We have mentioned the procedure to the drivers but there still appears to be a bit of confusion so we would appreciate it if you could pass this on.
