[IHLSDeliveryContacts] No ILDS delivery for Lincoln Christian University on Jan 6

Lincoln Christian University (LCC) will be closed in the morning on January 6th, 2020.  So they would like to cancel ILDS delivery on that day.  I will add this day to the survey results on the drop box.
