[IHLSDeliveryContacts] Empty bag delivered to Richland Community College

Hello this is Tim from CARLI,

We at CARLI received a message from Richland Community College (RCC) that there was an empty bag as part of their delivery on Tuesday, October 22nd.  The bag did have a label but staff member returned the bag to the driver so they don't know which school it game from.  The bag was open as well.

Any information about this would be appreciated.
