I received the email below from EIU.  Is IHLS going to change to using red plastic bins?  Is so when is this change going to occur?

Hi Tim - my colleague in Acquisitions received our ILDS delivery today and I'm told that the driver suggested that changes are coming to the delivery process.  She was told the purple-ish/blue bags are to be packed in red plastic bins now, and that the big rolling bin is no longer to be used.  Before we ask our administration office to purchase a rolling cart to move the red bins from our ILL department to our receiving room, can you confirm that this is indeed a change that's in the works, and that will be permanent?
