[Leganto-IG] Software as a Service FY25

The CARLI Selection System will be open for CARLI members to make your Software as a Service (SaaS) selections for FY25 on Thursday, February 22, 2024. The products being offered and a link to more information about them is listed below:

For all CARLI members:

OpenAthens* / OpenAthens Plus*: https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/open-athens/selections

For CARLI I-Share libraries only:

Leganto*: https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/i-share/leganto

Alma Digital** / Alma Digital for Controlled Digital Lending**: https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/i-share/ishare-alma-digital

If your library is currently subscribed to OpenAthens and/or Leganto and wish to continue your subscription for FY25 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025), you must select the service in the CARLI Selection System<https://select-library.carli.illinois.edu/login> during this SaaS cycle. You will have until March 29, 2024 to make your selections.

Please share and discuss this information with colleagues at your library as needed, and especially with whomever logs in and makes your library's choices in the CARLI Selection System<https://select-library.carli.illinois.edu/login>. Every CARLI library has as least one staff member who is authorized to sign in to the CARLI Selection System<https://select-library.carli.illinois.edu/login>. If you do not know who that person is at your library, contact CARLI Support at support at carli.illinois.edu<mailto:support at carli.illinois.edu> for more information.

*Please note that new subscribers to Leganto and/or the OpenAthens products will also have a one-time fee as well as their subscription fee.

**Alma Digital and Alma Digital for Controlled Digital Lending have a one-time set up fee along with their subscription fee.  These products also require a 3-year commitment billed annually at a 3% annual increase.
