  *   Determine minutes taker
  *   Review minutes from November 2020 (attached)

  *   CARLI’s application for the Department of Education Open Textbook Pilot Grant: Update (no news at this time)
     *   If funded, tight turn around for call for subgrants. We ask committee members to volunteer now to help with this if the grant is funded.
  *   OEN Certificate in OER Librarianship: CARLI support for members (Elizabeth)
  *   CARLI OER Commons Hub (Anne Chernaik & Dan)
     *   Timeline
     *   Committee members help is needed to add information for Day 1
        *   Collections (Subject Areas)
        *   Groups (Library /Institution)
  *   Continuing Education: CARLI Virtual Course: Understanding and Promoting Open Educational Resources
     *   December courses: early thoughts from the facilitators (Anne S., Dan, Annette and Chris)
     *   Should we hold an open call for attendees as a follow up as they develop local program?
     *   Review Course Evaluations and Course Update? (possible small group review and report back to the committee)
     *   When to next offer the course?
