[OERCommittee] Faculty Survey Questions

Hey All!

It was great seeing everyone at the Office Hours yesterday. Thanks for coming and providing some valuable insight into what’s on your radar for the fall. A number of people brought up a survey for faculty members as something they were hoping to get underway for the fall, and I said I’d bring that conversation to the listserv. I’m attaching a draft of our faculty survey. Feel free to use it as a template or to offer some feedback. Share whatever pieces of your surveys that you’re comfortable with and feel free to pose any questions/problems you’re facing in your process to get a survey out to your faculty.
