[OERCommittee] request: CARLI OER Course – summer offerings

When in July would the workshops be scheduled? I have a different committee assignment that is going to take most of my time from June ~ July 10th, but I could be available to teach it towards the end of July.

Hello CARLI OER Committee,

As requested at our last committee meeting, we approached the people that CARLI sponsored for the 2020 OEN Certificate in OER Librarianship.  All three said that they would be willing to be instructors for the CARLI OER Course; however, one has a newborn at home and couldn’t commit at the moment due to the timing. (FYI, The other two people (of the five total) that CARLI sponsored are current committee members and are/have been instructors for the course.)

The registration for both sessions of the course were full and had waitlists, so we believe that there is enough membership interest to offer the course multiple times this summer.

Our ask: Would there be two people from the committee that would like to team up with the 2020 Certificate in OER Librarianship attendees so that we could offer the class two times?  Once in June & once in July?

If you would be willing to volunteer, please let us know.
