[OERCommittee] Draft Statement to College Course Materials Affordability and Equitable Access Task Force

Hi Everyone,

I couple meetings ago we chatted about making a statement to the College Course Materials Affordability and Equitable Access Task Force. Sorry to have let this fall off the radar.

To get the ball rolling again, I took a try at creating a first draft of a statement based on some of that conversation and what I thought the committee would likely want to see included. I'm not in love with where the draft is, so I'd love to have some conversation and feedback about what this looks like and further define the goals of the statement.
