We chatted briefly about getting into the flow of regularly updating the CARLI website?s OER pages. I set us up with a folder containing a ?website Review Sign up? spreadsheet, which contains links to the relevant pages, and a ?Website Review Edits? document, to track suggested edits and additions, in our Box. Here is a link to that folder. The spreadsheet lists each of the pages. When pages were grouped together under a heading, I tried to indicate that grouping in the spreadsheet. There is a volunteer column where you can put your name to select a page to review, the link to that page, and a field for notes. The word document is set up with a table of contents for each page to be reviewed. Track all of your edits and additions in your section on the document. We can then share this with whoever will be making those edits to the website. I anticipate that this document may become rather large, if the table of contents does not help us navigate well enough, let me know and we can try to find another way to best document our edits. Please sign up for a page to review. We are hoping to have this review completed by February 20, 2023. We will check in at our monthly meetings to see where people need support or have questions. If you have questions about this now, feel free to let me know. Thanks! In Fall 2021, in cooperation with our member institutions, VIVA, Virginia?s academic library consortium, conducted the Virginia Course Materials Survey. The survey built on the work of previous states and regions and included a special emphasis on educational equity. More than 5,600 valid student responses from 41 institutions were received, reflecting an overall response rate of 10%.
