The products being offered and a link to more information about them are listed below:


For all CARLI members:

For CARLI I-Share libraries only:

If your library is currently subscribed to OpenAthens and/or Leganto and wish to continue your subscription for FY26 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026), you must select the service in Consortia Manager during this SaaS cycle. You will have until March 28, 2025, to make your selections.

Share and discuss this information with colleagues at your library as needed, and especially with whomever logs in and makes your library’s choices in Consortia Manager. Every CARLI library has at least one staff member who is authorized to sign in to Consortia Manager. If you do not know who that person is at your library, contact CARLI Support at support at carli.illinois.edu<mailto:support at carli.illinois.edu?subject=Consortia%20Manager%20login%20for%20SaaS%20Cycle> for more information.

As with all choices made in Consortia Manager, these commitments are binding at the close of this selection cycle.

*Note that new subscribers to Leganto and/or the OpenAthens products will also have a one-time fee as well as their subscription fee.

**Alma Digital and Alma Digital for Controlled Digital Lending have a one-time set up fee along with their subscription fee.  These products also require a 3-year commitment billed annually at a 3% annual increase. This is the last year to select Alma Digital and Alma Digital for Controlled Digital Lending.
