Email may be the most pervasive documentary format in the digital age.
As people send messages, they create a life log, which may be valuable
for institutional purposes of future historical research. This webinar
will review the impediments to preserving email, examines current best
practices, and offers recommendations for librarians, archivists, IT
professionals, and organizational leaders.
