As climate change, human conflict, and technological obsolescence continue to threaten our collections, it is increasingly urgent for copyright laws to support – rather than hinder – the copying needed to safeguard our cultural heritage. The Toolkit helps both to evaluate your current copyright laws, and explore what options there could be in future reform to achieve this goal.
