You're invited to an upcoming webinar that is being co-hosted by CAA (Chicago Area Archivists) and SLA (Special Libraries Association) Illinois. On Wednesday, July 13, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CDT, please join us for “The Accident Archivist”!

While some professionals go into the field wanting to be archivists, many fall into the role with "other duties as assigned”. Join CAA and SLA-IL for a co-hosted online event to discuss this topic. Corporate Librarian and Archivist, Julie Snyder will moderate a discussion between Becca Smith MLIS, MBA, CA and Drew Davis to talk about their experience working in both the role of special librarian and archivist. Time will be left of audience participation and questions.
