[Discovery_PVE_Comm] Revised SUNY Bible process to stop FRBR complete in NZ Sandbox

Our revision was to not include 630 as criteria for the creation of the Set in the NZ.  There were 15,746 records in the Set in the NZ Sandbox (copy of production from early August 2023) that I ran through the “Prevent FRBR and/or Dedup in Discovery” job; we choose to prevent both FRBR and Dedup because testing showed that choosing FRBR alone had some unexpected outcomes (because Dedup groups are calculated first).

You can see the difference in FRBR groupings between the Production search results and Sandbox search results after this change:

In the Sandboxes, you will notice the greatly reduced number of Bible records in the FRBR groups.  Some FRBR groupings do still exist because of records that are local to the IZs only that are not in the NZ.  While it is I-Share best practice for libraries to contribute records to the NZ and link to shared records, there are some records that were not able to be linked during migration (and may not have been cleaned up yet by libraries), and there are also some exceptions to NZ linking for rare books and related materials. A holistic solution to this problem will require running the same processes in each of the 90 IZs to remove Dedup and FRBR on records with 130 $a Bible (or Bible.) on bib records that are only in IZs; doing so in the NZ is alone does not provide a complete fix, but for some libraries like KNX who have most of their records linked to the NZ already, it will make a huge difference in results just after the NZ is done.
