[Discovery_PVE_Comm] Primo VE Showcase - tip from the ExL listserv

Hi folks,

I was testing the Primo Showcase feature to embed in LibGuides today following the instructions at https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/blog/primo-showcase-how-to-embed/__;!!DZ3fjg!8TE0SXZv1_7xkL7NPy2E6ju0HFRjVU7uFMpw8uZffpdUyq-eTjobvC8Wdw4XcS3uUGPmyoOlxkcLhkKQ_jMZ-BUzqmnpgYvnmTo$  but wasn't sure where to host the discovery-showcase.bundled.js file-turns out you can upload and host it in Springshare. The following message on the ExL Primo VE listserv was very helpful - highlighting for anyone else hoping to implement this in guides.

I got a hint off list (thank you Marja Kuittinen) and as I got it working I'll share it here as well. To get all the books from last 30 days I'm now using the searcurl in below example.
Here's a bit more detailed instructions what has to be done on Libguides:

1.       I uploaded the JS-file to Libguides from Admin -> Look and Feel -> Custom JS/CSS -> upload customization files

2.       Then I added media/widget component to import JS-code with embedded code: <script type="module" src="{url for the bundled JS file}"></script>

3.       Then added Rich text / HTML component, switched to source code and I have the following code there. You will of course have to adjust that to your Primo address:
