[ERMCommittee] OCLC Streamline holdings question

We completed this form earlier this week

and in doing so said we wanted to do a full match. They responded that
CARLI libraries have so far chosen an OCN match.

With so many records in Alma not having an OCN, it seems like the full
match will result in more comprehensive reporting (if not actual fixes).
What are the downsides of the full match that we may be missing, other than
more work reviewing files, of course?
