Hello to the Project Directors for the CARLI Member OER Initiative!

CARLI is excited to learn from your quarterly reports how your CARLI Member OER Initiative projects are going.

Please read this entire message as specific information regarding your first quarterly report is further down this message.

CARLI has created an online form for you to input your quarterly report. All reports must be submitted using the online form.

All sections of the form are required. If something is not applicable, you can enter that in the form. A Word version is attached for your reference.

You can cut and paste information into the form. The form can be completed in multiple sessions; however, your browser cookies must be enabled so that you can continue with the same submission.

This form will be used for all reports for the life of your project.

Specific instructions for your first report

Although your quarterly reports for the CARLI Member OER Initiative are due 15 days after the end of each quarter, as we are just now sharing this format with you, the deadline to complete this first report is October 31, 2026.

In the form, please select to this question: “Quarter covered by this report:” the response “July 1 through Sept. 30 Report due Oct. 15.”  However, we understand that some recipients started working on their projects before July 1. In this first report, please include all work (and funds disbursed in the budget section) from the date that you first started working on your project through September 30. You can indicate in your narrative the full dates of coverage.
