[CARLIdeicomm] Poll results for scheduling ongoing CARLI DEI Committee meetings

Hi DEI Committee members,

According to our poll, the third Fridays of the month from 8:30-10:00 a.m. was the best time range for the majority of us to meet. I'll send a calendar invite shortly to hold that time on our calendars. If this time will not be possible for you, please let us know. We can confirm this time and any holiday conflicts during our meeting on September 20.

The days and times are for the third week of each month from September - June. We've tried to exclude days and times previously indicated as problematic.
For any dates that fall on holidays, we will adjust the schedule as a group.
