Update:

Here's what worked for me.

EBSCO Experience Manager

  1.
I added a URL for our EBSCOhost search all databases link to #9 "Advanced settings" with custom selected and the URL in the "Link URL (optional).
  2.
I added a Secondary logo using #10 with a Link URL to our library homepage.
  3.
No matter what logo, size, or format, I could not replace the EBSCOhost logo in the #7 Logo custom logo.

We've received a couple of reports from libraries that EBSCO has overriden library branding in EBSCO databases to the State Library.  You may want to check on this - and you can log into EBSCOadmin or their Experience Manager to customize the settings to your library.

We have had a similar experience at NEIU. When we first moved to the new interface, the logo and change was working fine. It seems now that we have the Illinois State Library databases added to our access, their settings may be overriding ours. Just a guess.

I believe they're relying on geolocation so everyone in Illinois has access to the new materials. I hope the ISL gets their notification out soon so we can all know more.

I updated the Researcher section. My screenshot shows that my color worked, but the icon changes do not nor does the URL link to our library website.

EBSCO Connect support also said he updated it, but no change.
