[OERCommittee] PPC response to OER Committee proposal

Good morning,

The CARLI Program Planning Committee agreed to support five CARLI members registration fees for the OEN Certificate in OER Librarianship program. Yay!

We will have an announcement in CARLI's newsletter that is scheduled to go out today and will share on CARLI email lists.
